Our rubber is compounded and processed for manufacturers who need consistent hardness, tensile strength and finish across every batch. Supplied as sheet, block or custom-moulded form depending on the buyer's production line.
Formulations are adjusted to the application — general industrial moulding, gasket and seal production, or export orders that require a specific hardness range. We work from the buyer's specification rather than offering a single fixed grade.
For fire safety-critical applications, the same facility produces EN 45545-2 HL3 flame retardant rubber — a fire retardant rubber engineered for railway and transit. If your industrial rubber components need low flame spread and low smoke emission, ask us about the HL3 grade.

Rubber Gaskets from Industrial Compounds
Cut, moulded and extruded gasket sections in the same compounds as our sheet and block stock.
Gaskets are one of the most common forms we supply from these compounds. As a rubber gasket manufacturer, Elements India cuts, moulds and extrudes each industrial rubber gasket to the buyer's drawing — flange sets, pump and valve seals, housing gaskets and machinery covers — held to the same 40–85 Shore A range and batch-tested hardness as our sheet and block stock.
Material follows the duty: an EPDM rubber gasket for weather and ozone exposure, a silicone rubber gasket for sustained heat, a neoprene rubber gasket where oil and abrasion dominate. A custom rubber gasket can be quoted from a sample or a dimensioned sketch. Where fire performance is specified, the same tooling produces an EN 45545-2 rubber gasket — our HL3 rubber gasket is the railway rubber gasket grade detailed on the HL3 flame retardant rubber page.
